This morning as I was driving my 15 year old stepdaughter to school, the local NPR station played a story about pending legislation in Texas that would require parental consent before a minor can obtain an abortion. I explained some of the details of the legislation to her and she asked "You mean my parents will have the right to tell me I have to have a baby I don't want?"Technorati Tag: politics; abortion
